About the Role
Our NSW Government client is looking for an experienced Senior Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) & Power Platform Technical Consultant to join. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering successful Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions, working closely with clients to understand their requirements, design tailored solutions, and configure Dynamics 365 to streamline business processes and enhance user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
- Design, develop, and configure Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions to align with client needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve support requests related to the Complaints Management function.
- Lead workshops, product demonstrations, and end-user training sessions.
- Develop comprehensive functional specifications and work with the technical team on customisations.
- Provide post-implementation support and guidance to ensure successful adoption and optimal system use.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in developing, customising, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Online, with a strong focus on Case Management.
- In-depth knowledge of CRM processes, workflows, and Power Platform capabilities.
- Proficiency in development tools, including C#.NET, JavaScript, Portal Liquid, and .NET Plugins for custom development.
- Hands-on experience with Power Platform components such as Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Experience in creating technical and process documentation while sharing knowledge with team members.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform certifications are a plus.
