My client is part of a global giant, looking to hire into their Accounts Payable team on a permanent full time basis.
You will be joining a well oiled team, a fast paced environment working in a full function, end to end AP position.
Location: Sydney Olympic Park
Working arrangements: Office based, parking on site
REM: $80,000 - $90,000 plus super dependant on experience
Key duties (not limited to):
- Processing of high volume invoices on a daily basis
- Perform end to end supplier statement reconciliation
- Resolve discrepancies and achieve on time payment
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations
- Bank reconciliation, follow up and resolve outstanding items
- Statement reconciliations
- Dealing with queries
Requirements
- Proven high volume AP experience
- Experienced in reconciliation work
- Strong intermediate Excel skills - pivot table, vlookup etc
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail but also be able to work in a very busy environment
- Full working rights
