  • Full time Monday - Friday until 12th August
  • Monday & Tuesday only after 12th August
  • North Ryde, Sydney
  • $35 per hour + Super

Our client is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic receptionist to join their team for a temporary cover. This is your chance to be a part of a fun office with a lovely team and a fantastic culture! We are in need of an experienced receptionist who can work full time until the 12th August and Monday - Tuesday after that until mid September. This would be the perfect opportunity for students or someone seeking Part Time Work. 

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting Visitors: Welcoming guests and visitors to the organization in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answering Phone Calls: Handling incoming phone calls, routing them to the appropriate person or department, taking messages, and providing basic information to callers.
  • Managing Mail: Sorting and distributing incoming mail and packages, as well as organizing outgoing mail for pickup or delivery.
  • Scheduling Appointments: Booking appointments and meetings for staff members, clients, or visitors using scheduling software or calendars.
  • Providing Information: Assisting visitors with inquiries about the organization, including directions, services offered, and general information.
  • Maintaining Reception Area: Keeping the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming, including restocking supplies such as brochures, pens, and visitor badges.
  • Handling Administrative Tasks: Assisting with various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying documents.

Essential

  • Needs to be able to commit to the part time nature of the role.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with a variety of stakeholders
  • Intermediate Microsoft office experience, outlook and excel
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage time effectively
