Head up the Customer Success function to ensures the smooth onboarding and integration of new clients.

 

About the role:

 

  • Lead and mentor the team, consisting of a Customer Success Manager and an IT Support Engineer
  • Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new customers successfully integrate the company's products or services into their operations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular check-ins, updates, and feedback sessions
  • Assist the sale team with completing RFP’s and security questionnaires
  • Track and report on key customer success metrics.
  • Act as escalation point for complex customer issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

 

About you:

 

  • Minimum 5 years in a similar role
  • Extensive leadership experience
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes for customers
  • Product/Application support experience
  • Deep passion for customer success and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences
  • Strategic thinker and ability to provide solutions
  • Experience in process development
