- Based in Sydney CBD – Hybrid working
Head up the Customer Success function to ensures the smooth onboarding and integration of new clients.
About the role:
- Lead and mentor the team, consisting of a Customer Success Manager and an IT Support Engineer
- Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new customers successfully integrate the company's products or services into their operations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular check-ins, updates, and feedback sessions
- Assist the sale team with completing RFP’s and security questionnaires
- Track and report on key customer success metrics.
- Act as escalation point for complex customer issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
About you:
- Minimum 5 years in a similar role
- Extensive leadership experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes for customers
- Product/Application support experience
- Deep passion for customer success and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Strategic thinker and ability to provide solutions
- Experience in process development
