About the Role
• Responsible for building relationships with non-finance teams to support their business decision-making
• Day-to-day relationship management and business partnering throughout the institute
• Involvement in cashflow management and operational planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators alligned with business objectives
Skills & Experience
• CPA/CA qualification required
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role with a focus on business partnering
• Proven experience collaborating with non-finance teams and delivering value
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
