About the Role

Our NSW Government client is looking for an experienced Senior Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) & Power Platform Technical Consultant to join. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering successful Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions, working closely with clients to understand their requirements, design tailored solutions, and configure Dynamics 365 to streamline business processes and enhance user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
• Design, develop, and configure Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions to align with client needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve support requests related to the Complaints Management function.
• Lead workshops, product demonstrations, and end-user training sessions.
• Develop comprehensive functional specifications and work with the technical team on customisations.
• Provide post-implementation support and guidance to ensure successful adoption and optimal system use.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in developing, customising, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Online, with a strong focus on Case Management.
• In-depth knowledge of CRM processes, workflows, and Power Platform capabilities.
• Proficiency in development tools, including C#.NET, JavaScript, Portal Liquid, and .NET Plugins for custom development.
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform components such as Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Experience in creating technical and process documentation while sharing knowledge with team members.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform certifications are a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimise application performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Python and related technologies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Python Developer with 5 years of experience.
• Proficiency in Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Strong understanding of Ruby, Rails framework, and MVC architecture.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and frameworks like React or Vue.js.
• Knowledge of SQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and query optimisation.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
• Familiarity with test-driven development (TDD) and automated testing frameworks.
• Proficiency in using version control systems like Git.
• Experience with deployment and DevOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
