Legal Receptionist  Contract position

  • $37 per hour + super
  • Initial 6 month contract with the potential for a permanent opportunity
  • Start date will be mid to late January with interviews being conduced early January
  • Full time, Monday to Friday
  • Dubbo location – Full time on site
  • A police check and two reference checks will be conducted for the successful candidate after the interview stage

Our client seeking an enthusiastic, engaging and hardworking Receptionist to join the team for an initial 6 month contract with the opportunity to apply for the permanent position during this time. Duties within the role will include but not limited to: 

  • Reception  - phone calls, messages, greeting clients
  • Photocopying and printing
  • Organising and setting up meeting rooms
  • Court runs
  • Stationary orders/maintaining of stock
  • Mail/courier duties
  • Assisting with archiving duties

Skills & Experience:

  • A level of maturity and resilience is required in this role due to the nature of the work
  • Understanding or experience handling confidential and sensitive information
  • High level communication skills (face to face, email and phone)
  • Well presented and a professional phone manner
  • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to handle complex/difficult enquiries with the highest level of professionalism
  • Ability to take initiative and support the team where required
  • High level of attention to detail and strong organisation skills
  • Adaptable, quick learner with a can-do attitude
  • Efficient, confident and hardworking
  • Experience in Customer Service or Administration would be highly regarded, and training will be provided for the right person
