Job Description

  • Lead project rollouts - Finance, IT & HR - $55-$60 per hour
  • Deliver strategic plans to internal stakeholders, previous project management experience essential 
  • 6 month contract | Immediate start date | Close to public transport

Join a not for profit, education organisation located in Melbourne CBD, be a part of the project delivery across Sharepoint, financial audits and HR projects. You will have the ability to lead and influence various stakeholders across the organisatio, collaborating effectively.

Responsibilities: 

  • Working with various project teams and developing plans
  • Planning various phases of the project alongside stakeholders
  • Rolling out migration of Sharepoint platform alongside the digital team
  • Conducting risk assessments and develop strategies to combat these
  • Generating project status reports, offering insights into project progress, risks, and key performance indicators.
  • Monitor the progress of the project, recognising barriers and issues, and suggest and action agreed effective solutions

The successful candidate will:

  • Previous liaison with government departments, Not for Profit or educational organisations
  • Have previous experience working in either HR, finance or IT in projects
  • Proven ability to write advanced documents including reviews, evaluations or reports
  • Demonstrated experience in project management and ability to deliver desired outcomes to a particular deadline
  • Evidence working on successful outcomes with a collaborative approach and ensuring participation and engagement in projects
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and managing multiple deadlines
