A leading University is looking for an experienced HR Project Manager with extensive workday and compensation experience to work on a job standardization project and help the transition to the new model.
About the role:
- Implement the job standardization project within the University including monitoring progress of HRIS updates (e.g. WorkDay)
- Plan the transition from the old structure to the new job standardization model (SJP)
- Lead and utilize a detailed communication plan
- Define the SJP governance structure and liaise in relation to the validation of governance and future maintenance plans, including future WoW and mapping processes and various scenarios
- Identify and resolve issues that arise in relation to the project
- Performance evaluation of the project and periodic reporting
- Coordinate with external Workday consultants to enable standard job profiles and mitigate any risks associated with business processes
Essentials:
- Tertiary Qualifications in a relevant HR field and proven professional experience
- Proven experience across organisational design
- Experience working across a similar project
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
