• Pays up to $900 a day + super

A leading University is looking for an experienced HR Project Manager with extensive workday and compensation experience to work on a job standardization project and help the transition to the new model.

About the role:

• Implement the job standardization project within the University including monitoring progress of HRIS updates (e.g. WorkDay)
• Plan the transition from the old structure to the new job standardization model (SJP)
• Lead and utilize a detailed communication plan
• Define the SJP governance structure and liaise in relation to the validation of governance and future maintenance plans, including future WoW and mapping processes and various scenarios
• Identify and resolve issues that arise in relation to the project
• Performance evaluation of the project and periodic reporting
• Coordinate with external Workday consultants to enable standard job profiles and mitigate any risks associated with business processes

Essentials:

• Tertiary Qualifications in a relevant HR field and proven professional experience
• Proven experience across organisational design
• Experience working across a similar project
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
