Exciting Opportunity for a Team Assistant in the Financial Services Industry!

Experience with ASIC and a financial background is a plus, but not essential. About the role:
- Sort, organise, and distribute incoming mail to the team, including arranging couriers when needed.
- Maintain both digital and physical filing systems, keeping them neat and up to date.
- Print and prepare financial documents such as tax returns and consolidated accounts.
- Complete tax lodgements in the ATO portal.
- Draft and send standard letters and engagement correspondence.
- Manage phone calls for the team, screening inquiries and passing on messages quickly.
About you:
- A go-getter attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
- Prior corporate experience is a must.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.

- Australian PR or citizenship is a requirement.
