Exciting Opportunity for a Team Assistant in the Financial Services Industry!

Experience with ASIC and a financial background is a plus, but not essential. About the role:

  • Sort, organise, and distribute incoming mail to the team, including arranging couriers when needed.
  • Maintain both digital and physical filing systems, keeping them neat and up to date.
  • Print and prepare financial documents such as tax returns and consolidated accounts.
  • Complete tax lodgements in the ATO portal.
  • Draft and send standard letters and engagement correspondence.
  • Manage phone calls for the team, screening inquiries and passing on messages quickly.

About you:

  • A go-getter attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
  • Prior corporate experience is a must.
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.

  • Australian PR or citizenship is a requirement.
