About the Role
- Managing complaints received by the Customers
- Administrative and secretariat duties to support the efficient management functions
- Managing a caseload for of practitioners whose professional performance or professional conduct may be unsatisfactory or whose health may be impaired.
Skills & Experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong administration and customer service experience
- Government or health experience
