About the Role

This role is working for an education provider who is renowned for its inclusive culture and training & development opportunities. Our client are seeking a dedicated administrative assistant to join the legal team. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in facilitating running of reports and the smooth operation of various programs from an administration & organisation standpoint. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in the coordination and organisation of various programs and activities. 
  • Manage administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and handling correspondence. 
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure effective communication and coordination of support services. 
  • Maintain confidentiality and sensitivity when handling student information and records. 
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials as required by the team. 
  • Provide general administrative support to the Legal & Compliance Team as needed.

About you: 

  • Previous experience in administrative roles in education, health or not for profit highly desirable. 
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. 
  • Sensitivity and empathy towards children with diverse learning needs. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications. 
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards in working with children. 
  • Must have a WWCC or be willing to get one
